Do I need to clean or repair the jewellery first?
No need. We evaluate gold by its weight and purity, not its appearance.

How long does the process take?
Usually 1–3 business days from the time we receive your gold. In-store trades are often same-day.
Can I change my mind after sending the gold?
Yes, as long as we haven’t finalized the exchange. Just contact us quickly and we’ll work it out.
